About two years ago, we were given the opportunity to do a vinyl Job for Planet Fitness through one of our customers. When we received the product it was raw 4×8 wood panels, matching size vinyl sheets, and a water based contact glue.
The Sheets were laid out on carts with glue sprayed to both the panels and vinyl sheets. They were then set in the heater to let the glue tack off. from there we sat a plastic slip sheet onto the wood panel and slowly slid it out as we applied the vinyl. we then took a knife and trimmed the vinyl to match flush with the side of the panel.
We then stacked each panel on to skids and were sent out by semi to the next location for processing.
